The design is hand-screened in white on a navy blue super soft, high quality, lightweight {4.3 oz}, classic navy blue t-shirt. Shirt comes in size children's sizes 2, 4, 6, & 8 and all shirts fit slightly narrow to true to size with a little extra length to grow with your toddler. {If in doubt, order up.}
